My theory on Ms. Blake:

I think she is or is going to become a villain. 

Why: She shows up and suddenly virgins are being killed. We have absolutely NO reason to put any trust in her whatsoever so far. She is super shady. Some people saw her little talk with Scott in the hallway as a show of her character. To establish her as a strong-willed, helpful character. I think she is trying to infiltrate the pack. (I’m aware that Scott is separate from the Hale pack, but since they’re all working together [including Chris] I’m generalizing the term) Wether it be through Scott or through Derek, with the new “romance”. 

She could also be working with the Alpha pack. We just don’t know. Hell, we trusted Ms.Morrell (I think that’s her name) and look how well that turned out. (I don’t think she’s working with them willingly though.) 

My view on Ms. Blake/Derek: I don’t like it. Not one bit. Yes, part of that is because I ship Sterek like mad. But not just that. Referring to my earlier theory, SHE IS SUPER SHADY. 

I think they are really forcing too hard. It was out of character for Derek. He showed vulnerability in front of her. He looks sad as he offers her his hands. The Derek we know would’ve walked in and told her to follow him. And that would’ve been that. 

There was some pretty serious werewolf fighting going on about maybe twenty feet away from her. She would’ve heard that, she SAW Cora and Boyd wolfed-out. She doesn’t know if Derek is a good guy or just another wolf-man that’s going to try and kill her. He shows up, covered in blood and in obvious distress and what does she do? She peeks around the corner of her very well thought out hiding place (note the sarcasm) and kept smiling at him and let him help her. Um, no, honey, that’s not how it works. Realistically, she would’ve crawled as deep into the far corner of that room as possible and hopefully would’ve been smart enough to grab anything remotely useful as a weapon. But no. She hides behind a metal shelf thing. She stayed in the light. Becasue she wanted to watch the fight. She is really off, there is something weird going on here. 

They might just be forcing on the stupid cliche hints at romance for the general audience, but come on. Derek was BACKLIT as he walked into the room. They might as well have just started playing the Titanic theme in the background. 

In conclusion: Nothing has been confirmed yet. And we’ll just have to wait and see what happens. But, I have no faith in the Blake/Derek arc. I do not think it’s going to work out. And Jeff doesn’t just toss characters in for shits and giggles. They have meaning. And I really don’t think he’d bring her in just for her to be a shiny new romantic interest. All in all, she’s shady and I don’t trust her.

And that’s not my Sterek showing, because I really liked where they were going with Heather and I didn’t mind at all Stiles getting a LI, it’s the fact that I don’t trust them to do this without acknowledging Derek’s past, and it makes me mad.

Hopefully there won’t be too many scenes of them being all ~in looove~~
